14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We proudly offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee on all first-time orders. If you’re not happy with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund or store credit.

To qualify:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging (even if opened and tested)
  • You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order

Note: This applies to first-time purchases only. Repeat orders of the same product are considered final.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at orders@neogenhealth.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. We’ll send return instructions and a return address
  3. Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 business days

Important Notes

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method or as store credit
  • Return shipping is at your own cost unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect
  • We do not accept returns after the 14-day window
  • We do not refund digital downloads, gift cards, or items marked as final sale

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive the wrong item or something arrives damaged, let us know within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll fix it — fast and at no cost to you.
